We have a team of highly skilled, qualified, and experienced freelance staff from different backgrounds and life experiences, all of whom enjoy working together in the outdoors.
We value our staff member’s experiences and skills and will draw on these to ensure you get the most out of your programme with us.
We select our staff based not only on their experience and qualifications but also on their ability to interact with you and your students. Approachable, responsible and with a sense of humour we’ve got a great staff team! As such we provide our staff with good working ratio’s and remittance to ensure that they are committed to working with us.
We aim to work with you and take the stress and worry out of planning and delivering your programme, activities or expeditions. We will plan logistics, training, equipment, and locations and be there throughout to provide advice and support.
We are responsive and will adapt to changing conditions and needs, so throughout your time with us you can be reassured by the licences that we hold for the activities that we offer.
