Reflection and improvement are a huge part of how we work, and our instructors are regularly engaged in post activity discussions to reflect on our practice.
We always want to know whether you enjoyed your experience with us or if you think there are things we could improve on. So, whether this is done over a brew at the end of an activity or via email or ‘phone please do let us know.
All feedback is welcome and if you are not happy with our service, then in the first instance please do talk to us so that we can do all we can to try and resolve this for you. However, if you would like to make a complaint then we have a complaints handling procedure which can be provided on request.

”I just want to say a big 'thank you' to yourself and your amazing team for giving the pupils a fantastic first DofE experience at the weekend. The groups really enjoyed it and several who I have spoken to have already said that they want to progress onto Silver. In spite of the adaptations and the challenges we're all facing at the moment, it all felt very safe and well organised.DofE ManagerSurrey

”A well run and slick operation!DofE ManagerCroydon
”The supervisors were very good - Sean was impressed as they kept a close eye on things but allowed the students to work things out, only intervening if they really thought it necessary.Deputy Head TeacherCroydon
