Does your team need to break the ice and learn how to work together? We can provide team building days and problem solving to provide a totally unique experience for your team.
Team building days will get your team thinking about leadership, develop listening skills and facilitate working as a team to solve problems and are perfect for new school year induction days, after school clubs or as taster days for further adventures!
We can come to your school to provide several exciting and engaging team challenges that have been designed following a full consultation about your team’s needs. Try out our swiss skis, puzzle over a rope conundrum or cross a swamp with limited resources to put your teamwork to the test!
Alternatively, we can use one of our wooded sites in wild Sussex or Surrey for an added woodland experience.
For an added challenge, we can incorporate some bushcraft skills and map reading courses with some camp skills and turn your team building days into a 2 day or more days residential.
We’ll provide all the equipment, and all your team will need to bring is a willingness to get involved, be outside and have fun! Plus of course warm clothes, wellies and some lunch!
